We can provide you with exact detail pricing within two weeks time of receiving your city approved plans for your home remodeling project. We will provide you with a start and end time for your project and provide you with a table listing your scheduled payments based on completed work and city inspections. We will also provide you with a list of things that you need to purchase before your construction work starts, like cabinets, tiles, tubs, vanities, hardwood flooring, lighting fixtures, faucets, etc. We will even put you in contact with some of our suppliers where you will buy some of the required material at a discount. We will walk you through every step and let you know a head of time what needs to be done or decided upon by you, the owner.
